Use behr marquee paint as a primer for properly prepared uncoated or painted interior surfaces, including woods that contain tannins (2 primer coats required for redwood and cedar) and heavily stained areas; Swiss coffee 12 by behr hue family. There is light golden brown in some of my furniture and cowhide rugs. It’s a soft warm creamy white and is very similar to alabaster by sherwin williams. Was going to paint the brick too. If bleeding continues, a longer. I have two brush sizes {both by purdy} and i will likely roll the doors based on what the girl at home depot told me but have to do more research on that. Our carpet has a gray undertone, and this white works well with it.
